Radisson Hotel Group, one of the world's largest and most dynamic hospitality brands with over 1,100 hotels globally, is recruiting a full-time Front Office Manager for its property in Benin City, Edo State. This core hospitality leadership role sits at the heart of the hotel's guest experience architecture, managing the frontline team and directing daily lobby, reception, and guest relation workflows.
The Front Office Manager will orchestrate the entire customer lifecycle—from reservation capture to room matching, high-end guest intake, billing reconciliation, and departure setups. This role requires an energetic hospitality executive capable of balancing high-volume operational demands with strict budget oversight and inventory management. The ideal candidate will lead by example to enforce international service benchmarks and create memorable experiences for corporate and leisure clients.
Key Responsibilities-
Departmental Leadership: Direct, mentor, and schedule the front desk agents, concierges, and guest services staff, fostering a high-performance workspace.

Guest Journey Management: Oversee all check-in, room assignment, orientation, and check-out procedures, ensuring a seamless experience for global travelers.

Complaint De-escalation: Serve as the final escalation point for guest grievances, resolving complex service issues with empathy, patience, and a professional demeanor.

Financial & Inventory Oversight: Manage departmental budgets, optimize front-office resource allocations, oversee daily guest billing logs, and balance room inventory metrics.

Staff Training & Quality Control: Coordinate ongoing training paths for frontline personnel, ensuring absolute alignment with Radisson's brand standards and compliance guidelines.

Cross-Department Coordination: Partner with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Security teams to ensure rooms are ready on time and high-value guest preferences are accommodated.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related discipline.

Experience Baseline: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of mid-to-senior management experience within a structured, premium, or multinational front-office hotel environment.

Operational Knowledge: Deep familiarity with modern Property Management Systems (PMS), reservation software engines, guest billing audits, and cash-handling compliance rules.

Interpersonal Mechanics: Exceptional communication skills with a polished, executive presence, high emotional intelligence, and natural problem-solving instincts.

Work Adaptability: Exceptional time management skills, with the flexibility to adapt to changing floor priorities and support operations outside typical business hours when required.
