Baker Hughes, a global energy technology leader providing fullstream integrated oilfield products, services, and digital solutions, is recruiting a full-time Project Manager - Integrated & Solutions. Based in Lagos, this high-impact, senior-level leadership role sits within the Integrated Solutions group, driving service delivery excellence across complex well construction, completions, and wellbore intervention campaigns.
The Project Manager is fully accountable for the financial profit and loss (P&L) performance of one or more simultaneous projects spanning multiple wellsites and drilling rigs. Serving as the primary client interface and Single Point of Contact (SPC), this executive aligns cross-functional product lines, manages contract compliance, and enforces strict corporate health, safety, and environmental (HSE) systems. The role provides an elite executive track within international oilfield project governance and global energy operations management.

Full Project P&L Accountability: Manage all aspects of project financial performance to maximize top-line revenue, minimize structural costs, execute variation requests, and optimize cash collection.

Client Relationship & Contract Management: Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPC) for oil and gas operators, leading contract oversight, project reviews, and client communication frameworks.

Operational Service Delivery: Drive "on-time" delivery, operational consistency, and the deployment of digital/remote operations across multi-rig asset architectures.

HSE & Quality Leadership: Lead internal and external HSE/Quality audits, execute Emergency Response Plans (ERP), coordinate well control contingencies, and promote a rigorous Stop Work Authority culture.

Documentation Architecture: Author and continuous-update the Project Execution Plan (PEP), spanning Risk Management, Stakeholder Matrices, Procurement Sourcing, and HSE Bridging Documentation.

Matrix Team Governance: Provide direct leadership to the core Project Management Team and indirect supervision to all cross-product field personnel and sub-contractors.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Earth Sciences, or a related technical/scientific discipline from an accredited university.

Experience Baseline: Minimum of 10 or more years of experience in the oil and gas sector (wellbore construction, completions, interventions, or plugging & abandonment), with at least 5 years operating specifically as a Project Manager.

Technical Mastery: Strong operational command of drilling and completions workflows. Deep operational understanding of risk assessments, financial implications of change, and Management of Change (MOC) processes.

Certifications: Well Control awareness is mandatory (valid Well Control Certification is a strong advantage). Project Management Professional (PMP) credential is highly advantageous.

Software Competency: Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite with practical, hands-on familiarity using MS Project for tracking complex critical paths.

Leadership Mechanics: Exceptional interpersonal communication, negotiation, and matrix-organization influencing skills, with a proven track record of coaching cross-functional engineering teams.
