About this role
Transsion Holdings—the global technology giant behind consumer electronics brands like TECNO, Infinix, itel, Oraimo, and Syinix—is recruiting a Recruitment Supervisor for its office in Ikeja, Lagos.
Key Responsibilities-
Recruitment Operations & Supervision: Oversee end-to-end recruitment pipelines, while leading, coaching, and supporting the internal recruitment team.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner directly with hiring managers across divisions to analyze staffing needs and deliver quality talent within target SLAs.

Sourcing & Selection: Formulate and deploy proactive sourcing strategies, review candidate shortlists, and participate in interview processes.

Reporting & Compliance: Monitor recruitment KPIs, generate periodic hiring reports, and ensure all hiring practices comply with company policy and best practice standards.

Degree: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Overall Experience: Minimum of 5 years' total experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

Leadership Experience: At least 2 years' experience in a supervisory or team lead role.

Proven mastery of sourcing channels, recruitment best practices, and candidate evaluation techniques.

Hands-on experience navigating Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage.

Exceptional communication, leadership, and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
