Lead Tender Engineer

Triumph Power and Gas Systems Limited (TPG), an ISO 9001:2015 certified energy services provider specializing in the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) of high-stakes infrastructure, rotating equipment, and marine asset management, is recruiting a Lead Tender Engineer to join its Operations Delivery department in Lagos. The role owns TPG’s Services Commercial Operations from RFQ intake through proposal build, pricing assembly, contract administration, and regulatory portal management.

• Proposal & Bid Management: Coordinate the end-to-end mechanics of the proposal development cycle, manage the Bid Tracker, and ensure all outgoing offers are systematically logged and version-controlled.

• Financial Modeling: Build and maintain pricing working sheets, analysis tabs, and profitability models, applying correct markup structures, FX assumptions, WHT positions, and cash flow logic.

• Contract Administration: Manage the contract document repository for live engagements (MSAs, LTSAs, POs, NDAs) and keep track of variation orders, amendments, and compliance factors.

• Invoicing & Receivables: Track milestone payment schedules, raise milestone-driven invoices, track retention release timings, and flag at-risk receivables to leadership and finance.

• Stakeholder & Portal Interface: Serve as the commercial interface with customers, OEM channel partners, and Nigerian regulatory/procurement portals including NIPEX, NCDMB, and GEP Smart.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a business-related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive operational experience in Proposal Coordination, Contracts Administration, or Commercial Operations within the Oil & Gas, Power, or Rotating Equipment sectors.

• Technical Skills: Expert navigation of procurement portals (NIPEX, NCDMB), proficiency in SAP project records, commercial contract management, financial numeracy, and advanced Excel modeling.

• Core Competencies: Strong written communication, cross-functional agility, excellent organizational habits, and capability to operate in a high-stakes, fast-paced environment.
