Human Resources Manager

CareOne Medicals—a fast-growing digital hospital chain dedicated to revolutionizing quality, affordable healthcare access across Nigeria—is recruiting a full-time Human Resources Manager for its facility in Ikorodu, Lagos. This leadership role is responsible for directing all core HR operations, spearheading the company's human capital strategy, and ensuring strict compliance with evolving healthcare and employment regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Departmental Oversight: Manage all core functional areas including payroll structures, employee relations, HR administration, learning and development, internal recruitment, and system optimizations.

• Strategic Execution: Direct the implementation of the overarching HR strategy and employment policies to hit organizational development and performance milestones.

• Team Leadership: Set operational priorities, manage departmental budgets, allocate staff resources, and build line manager leadership capabilities.

• Onboarding & Engagement: Coordinate professional onboarding pipelines to shorten new-hire adaptation periods while driving employee engagement and staff welfare initiatives.

• Compliance & Governance: Enforce strict alignment with contemporary Nigerian labor laws, data protection legislation, equality protocols, and health and safety mandates.

Requirements

Experience & Skills

• Tenure: Minimum of 8 years of progressive, professional human resources experience.

• Core Competencies: Strong strategic planning abilities, expertise in workforce development, trend analysis, and a proven track record maintaining professional institutional standards.

Education & Certifications

• Degree: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Job Details

• Location: Ikorodu, Lagos (Full-time).

• Salary: ₦500,000 – ₦750,000 gross monthly.
