Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Vezeti—a licensed telecommunications provider delivering business telephony solutions in Nigeria—is recruiting a full-time Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for its office in Ajah, Lagos. This executive role leads the finance department, providing strategic financial leadership, driving budgeting and risk management, and managing key relationships with investors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Leadership: Develop and execute long-term financial strategies, lead budget formulation, and provide strategic fiscal recommendations to the CEO.

• Risk & Treasury Management: Direct cash flow management, oversee financial risk mitigation strategies, and prepare compliant financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

Primary Requirements

• Tenure: 3+ years of financial leadership experience, with specific knowledge of the telecommunications industry.

• Education: MBA or Master's Degree in Finance or Accounting.

• Technical & Soft Skills: Financial modeling, risk management, regulatory compliance, proficiency in financial software (such as Zoho Books) and advanced Excel, along with familiarity with telecom market trends.

• Certifications & Location: Professional certifications (e.g., ACA or ACCA) are preferred. Preference will be given to candidates residing in Ajah and its environs.
