About this role
Cavista Holdings—a global technology company building cloud-based software solutions across multi-sector, multi-entity, and multi-geography operations—is recruiting a full-time Finance Manager in Lagos. This role is responsible for driving financial performance, strengthening financial controls, and translating operational data into actionable insights to optimize resource allocation across global business units.
Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & FP&A: Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes to evaluate risk, identify opportunities, and support capital allocation decisions.

Controls & Compliance: Establish scalable financial governance frameworks, strengthen internal controls, and ensure financial reporting aligns with global standards across multiple corporate entities.

Treasury & Business Partnership: Oversee cash flow management, optimize working capital, and collaborate cross-functionally with operations and executive leadership to improve cost efficiency and overall profitability.
Requirements
Primary Requirements

Tenure: 5–10 years of progressive experience in finance, with strong exposure to corporate finance, FP&A, or financial management in complex, multi-country/multi-entity environments.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Certifications: Professional certification (ACCA, CFA, CPA) is strongly preferred.

Technical Literacy: Proficiency in financial systems, ERP software, advanced Excel, and data analytics tools.
