About the Role Vennote Technologies Limited—an established ICT company providing enterprise solution deployments and technical support services—is recruiting an onsite HR Officer in Lagos. This role oversees the full-cycle hiring process, managing talent sourcing, candidate evaluations, and onboarding workflows to deliver a structured new-hire experience.
Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Screening: Partner with hiring managers to define role criteria, source candidates across digital channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals), and conduct initial screenings.

Onboarding & Offboarding: Draft employment contracts, handle pre-joining documentation, coordinate IT setup and orientation, and refine onboarding workflows.

Systems & Compliance: Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS), track core recruitment metrics, and ensure compliance with statutory documentation and employee records.
Requirements
Primary Requirements

Tenure: 2–3 years of hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment and onboarding.

Technical Literacy: Proficiency with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Preferences: Prior recruitment experience in technical/high-growth sectors or exposure to AI sourcing tools is an advantage.
