Product Designer (UI/UX)

Escrow-Tech Nigeria Limited is recruiting a full-time Product Designer (UI/UX) to join the AfWS Eko Atlantic City Tier-III Data Centre project team in Lagos. In this role, you will design user experiences for complex digital ecosystems, with a heavy emphasis on data-rich dashboards and technical interfaces. You will collaborate directly with engineering teams to translate user requirements into interactive, production-ready assets.

• UI/UX Design & Architecture: Create intuitive, scalable web and mobile user interfaces, prioritizing clean data visualization and seamless user journeys for complex dashboard systems.

• Design System Management: Build and maintain scalable design systems using structured component libraries and responsive architectural layouts.

• Developer Collaboration: Deliver pixel-perfect, production-ready design specifications, assets, and documentation to engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation.

• Prototyping & Testing: Build interactive, high-fidelity prototypes to simulate user flows, validate design choices, and align with project stakeholders.

• Tenure: Minimum of 2–3 years of professional experience in UI/UX or Product Design.

• Core Tooling: Expert, hands-on proficiency in Figma (specifically components, auto layout, interactive prototyping, and design systems).

• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking for web and mobile applications, with clear examples of data-rich dashboard designs.

• Degree: Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Design, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
