Cynosure Realty Limited, a real estate firm specializing in estate development, property management, and investment advisory, is recruiting a Social Media Manager (Intern / NYSC). Based in Wuye, Abuja, this role focuses on managing daily social media accounts, executing content calendars, capturing property media, and engaging online leads.

• Community & Lead Management: Manage daily interactions across all social media platforms, respond promptly to comments and direct messages (DMs), handle basic inquiries, and sort qualified real estate leads for the sales team.

• Content Execution & Scheduling: Flawlessly execute and schedule daily posts according to the content calendar created by the Brand Strategist.

• On-Site Content Assistance: Assist the Content Creator during on-site property video shoots, tours, and media capturing.

• Trend Monitoring & Analytics: Keep track of trending audio formats, viral shifts, and real estate market trends; monitor basic metrics (likes, shares, reach, follower growth) for weekly performance reports.

• Profile Optimization: Update and optimize company profiles across social platforms to maximize search visibility and maintain a professional brand image.

• Eligibility: Must reside in Abuja (FCT) and be a current NYSC Corps Member or candidate seeking an internship placement.

• Platform Proficiency: Highly active on Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn with a sound understanding of current platform algorithms.

• Communication Skills: Excellent written communication skills with a professional, polite, and engaging customer service tone.

• Technical Skills (Added Advantage): Basic knowledge of Canva or mobile video editing tools (e.g., CapCut) is a plus.

• Passion: Strong interest in real estate marketing, community building, and social media trends.
