Alpha Pharmacy and Stores Limited—a leading distributor of rare ethical pharmaceuticals, critical care products, IVF/O&G, oncology, and GE medical equipment—is recruiting a Medical Representative. Based in Lagos, this role focuses on detailing ethical pharmaceutical products, engaging healthcare professionals, and driving sales across medical specialties.
Key Responsibilities

Ethical Product Detailing: Promote and detail rare ethical drugs, anesthesia, IVF, ophthalmology, nephrology, and oncology products to doctors, pharmacists, and medical specialists.

Sales & Account Management: Drive product sales, negotiate supply contracts, and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.

Market Insights & Reporting: Track competitor activities, track sales metrics via internal systems, and report market developments to sales leadership.

Client Engagement & Presentations: Present clinical product data to healthcare professionals and represent the company at medical conferences and seminars.

Degree (Mandatory): Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) from a recognized institution.

Licence: Valid Nigerian driver's licence with hands-on driving experience.

Years of Experience: 1 to 3 years of post-graduation experience as a Medical Sales Representative.

Software Skills: Practical proficiency in Microsoft 365 and ERP software systems.

Core Competencies: Excellent sales negotiation, clinical presentation, and communication skills.
