Growth Associate

10Alytics, a global EdTech and data consulting firm that has trained over 70,000 individuals across Africa, Europe, the Middle East, and North America, is recruiting a Growth Associate. This is a fully remote position focused on driving user acquisition, lead generation, partnership expansion, and conversion optimization across global markets.

• Lead Generation & Acquisition: Support marketing and sales strategies aimed at attracting, acquiring, and enrolling individual learners and corporate clients into 10Alytics programs.

• Partnerships & Community Outreach: Identify, build, and maintain strategic relationships, community partnerships, and growth channels to expand the brand's reach across target regions.

• Campaign Execution & Optimization: Execute growth experiments, track conversion pipelines, and analyze campaign performance metrics to improve conversion rates.

• Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate closely with product, operations, and marketing teams to align user growth strategies with broader revenue goals.

• Education: Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Economics, or a related field.

• Experience: 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in growth marketing, lead generation, business development, or sales operations (EdTech or B2C/B2B Tech experience is a strong advantage).

• Skills: Strong analytical mindset, data-driven approach to funnel optimization, excellent presentation and negotiation skills, and proficiency with digital marketing & CRM platforms.
