This is a fully remote position in Nigeria focused on supporting program delivery, student engagement, project grading, and administrative learning workflows across various technology tracks.

• Program & Learning Support: Assist instructors and lead facilitators in managing training sessions, lab work, and participant communication.

• Grading & Project Coordination: Evaluate student submissions, assignments, and capstone projects, providing constructive feedback to track individual progress.

• Student Retention & Administrative Tasks: Monitor learner milestone completions, drive daily student engagement, resolve learning platform issues, and assist with program coordination.

• Solid technical understanding and foundational practical knowledge in one or more of the specified specializations.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage student cohorts, track deliverables, and handle administrative reporting.

• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills for assisting learners online.

• Passion for EdTech, peer-to-peer learning, and participant mentorship.
