10Alytics, a global EdTech and data consulting firm training individuals and corporate clients across Africa, Europe, the Middle East, and North America, is recruiting a Technical Data Associate. This is a fully remote position in Nigeria focused on hands-on student support, technical problem solving, project grading, and assisting learning delivery across data and technology tracks.
Key Responsibilities-
Technical Guidance: Provide direct assistance to learners working through labs, practical assessments, code/data challenges, and capstone projects.

Project & Assessment Reviews: Grade participant assignments, provide actionable technical feedback, and ensure projects meet industry standards.

Program Operations: Collaborate with primary instructors to resolve technical bottlenecks, maintain learning environments, and ensure smooth cohort progress.

Strong foundational technical knowledge in core tech domains (e.g., Data Analysis, Business Analysis, Data Science, DevOps, Cybersecurity, or Software Tools).

Demonstrated ability to debug code, analyze datasets, and explain technical concepts clearly to learners.

Excellent written and oral communication skills for online mentorship and learner support.

Problem-solving mindset with patience and commitment to student development.
