It has grown into a group of 3 hospitals located in Karu, Garki, and Maitama, equipped with advanced medical technology and providing healthcare services in major fields including Surgery, Paediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Internal Medicine, Radiology, and Dentistry.
About the Role
Abuja Clinics Limited is recruiting an HR Manager to oversee daily human resources operations, recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, background verification, and administrative workforce management across the organization.
Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Recruit and interview applicants based on experience, skills, and education; perform required criminal background checks and update job requirements; contact applicant references and design plans for future hiring procedures.

Onboarding & Employee Support: Organize and manage new employee orientation, onboarding, and training programs; maintain employee records and paperwork; address employee questions and concerns; explain employee benefits, programs, and educational offerings.

Administration & Compliance: Perform general administrative tasks; oversee employee health and safety procedures; evaluate benefit contract bids and advise leadership on company benefit needs.
Requirements

Education & Certifications: HND or B.Sc Degree with CIPM Certification.

Experience: 7–9 years of relevant work experience in human resources management.
