About the Role
Olam Agri is recruiting a Human Resource Executive (HR Business Partner) within the Integrated Feed & Protein business unit in Ilorin. This role serves as a strategic HR partner to Manufacturing, Technical, and Supply Chain leadership teams, driving workforce planning, talent capability, performance management, and HR operational excellence across plant and field operations.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Business Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor to manufacturing and supply chain leadership, translating operational priorities into HR interventions, succession planning, and workforce strategies.

Talent Acquisition & Deployment: Partner with recruitment teams to hire technical, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain talent while overseeing manpower budgets and graduate trainee deployments.

Performance & Capability Development: Drive annual performance management cycles, identify functional skill gaps, and coordinate training programs for plant managers, shift supervisors, engineers, and quality teams.

HR Operations & Process Excellence: Coordinate with Plant HR/IR and compensation teams to manage employee onboarding, HR documentation, payroll inputs, and HRIS (SuccessFactors) data integrity.

Culture & Change Management: Support organizational culture initiatives, lead employee engagement activities, manage pulse surveys, and facilitate change management during operational transformations.
Requirements

Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university (specialization in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or Business Administration is an advantage); professional certifications (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) are an added advantage.

Experience: 6–8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years directly partnering with manufacturing, technical, or supply chain operations.

Core Competencies: Proven experience in talent planning, capability development, employee engagement, change management, and improving employee experience in fast-paced operational environments.
