About the Role Nairametrics Financial Advocate Limited is recruiting an HR Officer (Male) to support core human resource functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance reviews, training administration, and policy compliance.
Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment, new employee onboarding, and employee documentation.

Employee Relations & Engagement: Provide day-to-day HR support to staff, handle employee relations matters, and execute engagement initiatives.

Performance & Development: Support performance management processes, probation and confirmation reviews, and coordinate training/learning programs.

HR Operations & Compliance: Maintain up-to-date employee records, ensure compliance with company policies and Nigerian labor laws, and prepare HR reports.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. 2–4 years of experience in Human Resources with a strong background in recruitment, performance management, and HR operations. Good knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications CIPM certification is an added advantage.
