About the Role Class Suites Hotel and Apartments is recruiting a Human Resources Manager to oversee multi-branch HR operations. Reporting to executive leadership, this position manages talent acquisition, policy development, labor law compliance, staff retention strategies, performance monitoring, and HR auditing across all hotel properties.
Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Multi-Branch Governance: Manage daily HR operations across all branches, conduct HR audits and periodic branch visits, maintain accurate employee records, and advise management on workforce decisions.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee development programs while ensuring timely and optimal staffing across all branches.

Performance & Employee Relations: Monitor staff attendance, manage performance evaluations, execute retention strategies, and handle disciplinary actions and employee relations.

Policy & Compliance Management: Develop, update, and implement HR policies, ensure strict compliance with Nigerian labor laws, and prepare comprehensive HR management reports.
Requirements Proven experience in human resources management, multi-location HR oversight, labor law compliance, policy implementation, and HR reporting.
