Hotel Operations Supervisor

Hotel Capitol—a modern 32-room 3-star hotel located in Omole Phase 1, Lagos—is recruiting a Hotel Operations Supervisor at its property in Berger, Lagos State. This full-time supervisory role oversees day-to-day front desk, housekeeping, and F&B operations to maintain high service delivery standards, manage room readiness, enforce hygiene policies, and drive overall guest satisfaction.

• Location: Berger, Lagos State (Proximity to Agege, Ogba, Ikeja, Ojodu Berger, Ojota, Akute, or Ketu required)

• Team Supervision: Supervise daily duties of front desk, housekeeping, and Food & Beverage (F&B) staff to ensure smooth shift transitions.

• Operational Coordination: Oversee guest check-in/check-out workflows, track room readiness and housekeeping schedules, and monitor inventory levels.

• Guest Experience & Quality Control: Address and resolve guest complaints promptly to maintain customer satisfaction standards.

• Compliance & Standards: Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations, hygiene practices, and internal hotel policies.

• Reporting: Draft and submit daily operational reports detailing occupancy rates, revenue metrics, and operational feedback.

• Education: HND or B.Sc. Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Must possess an NYSC discharge/exemption certificate.

• Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry (front desk or operations management preferred).

• Location Requirement: Candidates must reside within reasonable proximity (Agege, Ogba, Ikeja, Ojodu Berger, Ojota, Akute, or Ketu axis).

• Core Competencies: Strong leadership, team management, conflict resolution, operational oversight, and communication skills.
