Sales Agent

PalmPay an Africa-focused fintech platform—is recruiting contract Sales Agents (Buy Now Pay Later) stationed at designated 3C HUB retail outlets across Edo, Delta, and Rivers States. This role focuses on engaging walk-in retail customers, introducing phone financing plans, assisting with mobile onboarding and KYC verification, and completing BNPL device installment applications.

• Locations: Edo, Delta, and Rivers States (3C HUB retail outlets)

• Base Salary & Transport: ₦70,000 – ₦90,000 basic salary + ₦20,000 monthly transportation allowance

• Incentives: Unlimited commission (₦1,000 per phone financed/sold)

• In-Store Sales & Engagement: Approach walk-in customers at 3C HUB retail stores, present mobile financing plans, and explain repayment structures.

• Onboarding & KYC Compliance: Guide applicants through digital onboarding, collect required KYC documentation, and submit credit applications through mobile tools.

• Operations & Store Synergy: Work closely with store personnel and Flexi MFB operational teams to fast-track loan approvals and device collections.

• Lead Tracking & Conversions: Maintain records of daily customer engagements, follow up on pending applications, and hit monthly sales targets.

• Education: Minimum of OND, NCE, or equivalent qualification.

• Experience: Prior experience in retail sales, direct field marketing, consumer finance, or telecom sales is an added advantage.

• Technical & Soft Skills: Basic smartphone and digital app literacy; strong oral communication, rapid rapport building, and persuasive negotiation skills.

• Competencies: Goal-driven, customer service mindset, and target orientation within a fast-paced retail environment.

• Guaranteed Base Pay: ₦70,000 – ₦90,000 monthly basic salary.

• Transportation Allowance: ₦20,000 fixed monthly transport support.

• Performance Bonus: ₦1,000 commission for every financed phone unit sold (unlimited earning potential).
