Field Credit Supervisor

Ravenpay Limited, a leading fintech company providing personalized financial services and tools across Africa, is recruiting a Field Credit Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of its Fuel Credit Programme in Lagos. The successful candidate will drive customer acquisition, supervise Fuel Credit Officers and Direct Sales Agents, ensure timely loan recoveries, and maintain high portfolio quality while cultivating relationships with key transport stakeholders.

• Team Supervision: Supervise, coach, and monitor the performance of Fuel Credit Officers and Direct Sales Agents to achieve business, portfolio, and recovery targets.

• Credit & Recoveries: Drive customer acquisition, oversee the processing of fuel credit requests and disbursements, and ensure timely loan recoveries in line with corporate credit policies.

• Business Development: Establish and operationalize new motor parks in collaboration with Park Authorities and Transport Unions; manage the onboarding and engagement of partner fuel stations.

• Portfolio Management: Monitor portfolio performance, identify repayment risks, and implement proactive strategies to minimize defaults.

• Reporting: Prepare and submit periodic operational, portfolio, recovery, and performance reports to management with actionable insights.

• Education: Minimum of an HND / OND qualification.

• Experience: 3–5 years of relevant work experience in credit supervision, field sales management, or loan recovery (fintech or microfinance experience is an asset).

• Core Competencies: Proactive, results-driven, highly organized, strong leadership, excellent relationship management skills, and ability to handle field operations seamlessly.
