About this role
Trinity Financial Services Limited, a Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN)-licensed financial advisory and wealth management firm, is recruiting a full-time Marketing Officer. Based in Victoria Island, Lagos, this role focuses on driving strategic marketing initiatives, growing the company's deposit and loan portfolios, and expanding business development across individual and corporate client segments.
Key Responsibilities-
Business Development & Deposit Mobilization: Attract loans and deposits from individual and corporate prospects to drive business expansion.

Campaign Execution & Brand Management: Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, manage social media and website content, and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Market Research & Strategy: Conduct market research and trend analyses to identify business opportunities; plan promotional events, sponsorships, and brand activations.

Sales Support & Lead Generation: Work closely with sales teams and team leads to generate qualified leads and track campaign effectiveness.

Collateral Development: Oversee the production of marketing materials including brochures, pitch decks, flyers, and digital presentations.

Mandatory: Candidate must currently be working on Victoria Island (or the Island) within a financial institution.

Degree: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Postgraduate: An MBA or Master’s Degree in a relevant field is a distinct added advantage.

Years of Experience: 3 to 6 years of relevant marketing/business development experience.

Banking Requirement: Proven experience working within the banking sector is required.

Fintech Experience: Experience within the fintech, digital payments, or blockchain sector is preferred.

Proven track record in lead generation, deposit mobilization, and supporting cross-functional business growth.

Strong financial acumen, budgeting, forecasting, and campaign ROI tracking skills.

Sound knowledge of financial regulations, lending products, and digital banking solutions.

Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic planning capabilities.
