About this role
Favex, a digital asset trading platform simplifying crypto and digital asset transactions for beginner and experienced traders, is recruiting a creative Motion Graphics Designer. Based in Lagos, this role focuses on crafting animated content, promotional campaign visuals, and high-impact motion graphics for social media and marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities-
Motion Design & Animation: Create high-quality animated videos, explainers, motion graphics, and UI/UX micro-animations for the Favex platform and social channels.

Campaign Content Creation: Conceptualize and produce visual assets for promotional marketing campaigns, product launches, and educational fintech content.

Brand Consistency: Collaborate with design and marketing teams to maintain brand identity and visual coherence across all animated touchpoints.

Video Editing & Post-Production: Edit raw video footage, composite graphic layers, and apply sound design and visual effects using industry-standard tools.

Education: Bachelor's Degree or relevant professional certification in Motion Graphics, Animation, Graphic Design, or a related creative discipline.

Experience: Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience creating motion graphics and animated content (prior experience in a fintech, Web3, or technology company is highly preferred).

Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and related motion design tools.

Portfolio: A strong, creative portfolio/showreel demonstrating high-quality animated videos, promotional ads, and social media campaigns.
