Rainoil Limited is an integrated downstream oil and gas company in Nigeria. Its operations span petroleum product storage, haulage/distribution, and retail sales of Petrol (PMS), Diesel (AGO), and Kerosene (DPK).
About the Role Rainoil Limited is recruiting a Head, Investment & Treasury to oversee group liquidity, optimize cash flow, manage banking relationships, execute credit and financing facilities, and provide strategic investment advice to maximize returns and support overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities

Treasury & Liquidity Management: Direct treasury policies, monitor liquidity requirements, manage bank balances and imprest accounts, and optimize interest income and financing costs.

Cash Flow & Financial Operations: Analyze cash surpluses and deficits, ensure prompt vendor/creditor payments, review daily bank transactions and charges, and oversee monthly bank reconciliations and cash flow reporting.

Banking & Credit Facility Management: Build and manage relationships with financial institutions, coordinate banking facilities and credit documentation, manage Letters of Credit processing, and maintain bank account mandates.

Investment & Risk Governance: Advise executive management on investment strategies, evaluate foreign exchange and funding options, and ensure strict compliance with regulatory standards, internal controls, GAAP, and IFRS.
Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline. Professional certification such as ICAN, ACCA, or an equivalent qualification. Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience, with at least three (3) years in a management role interfacing with executive leadership and financial institutions. Demonstrated experience in treasury management, cash flow planning, banking operations, and investment management, alongside strong knowledge of statutory financial reporting, GAAP, and IFRS.
