Field Marketing Officer

Tele-Ecare Service, an integrated virtual hospital and telehealth platform, is recruiting a results-driven Field Marketing Officer for a high-intensity, direct-to-consumer field sales role operating inside General Hospitals across Nigeria.

This is a hunter role designed for bold, street-smart marketers who can engage frustrated patients waiting in long hospital queues, pitch Tele-Ecare as a immediate virtual alternative, and onboard them on-the-spot.

• Job Title: Field Marketing Officer

• Location: Field-based (General Hospitals nationwide)

• Remuneration: Base Pay + High Uncapped Commission (per patient onboarded) + Weekly Performance Spiffs + Monthly Performance Bonuses

• Field Prospecting & Patient Engagement: Operate within Outpatient Departments (OPD), waiting rooms, and queues in designated government hospitals to engage patients facing long wait times.

• Direct Pitching: Pitch Tele-Ecare as a faster, seamless alternative for connecting with doctors and specialists remotely.

• Mobile Onboarding: Walk patients through digital registration on the spot using mobile devices to connect them with a virtual doctor.

• Target Achievement: Consistently hit and exceed weekly and monthly patient enrollment targets.

• Hospital Bureaucracy Navigation: Operate with tact, high emotional intelligence (EQ), and professionalism while navigating public hospital environments.

• Mindset & Resilience: High resilience, street-smart, and comfortable handling rejection in fast-paced field environments.

• Emotional Intelligence: Ability to distinguish between patient distress vs. impatience and communicate effectively with empathy.

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal persuasion skills and fluency in local languages to connect with diverse patient demographics.

• Background (Added Advantage): Previous experience in door-to-door sales, FMCG field marketing, insurance sales, or hospital outreach is a plus, though raw sales drive and attitude are prioritized.
