Quick Collect—a global fintech providing mobile money transfer solutions across Africa and Europe—is recruiting a Social Media & Brand Growth Manager to join its global team on a 100% remote basis. This role goes beyond basic posting: the company is looking for a proactive Brand Builder to craft compelling content, expand brand reach, execute viral campaigns, drive diaspora influencer collaborations, and convert social followers into active app users.

• Monthly Salary: ₦150,000 / month

• Platform & Community Management: Direct end-to-end strategy and community interaction across X (Twitter), Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok with a cohesive brand voice.

• Content Creation & Copywriting: Produce engaging educational threads, captions, user testimonials, and product speed breakdowns tailored for African diaspora and expat audiences.

• Influencer Outreach & Growth: Pitch, negotiate, and manage strategic relationships with global micro-influencers, finance creators, and diaspora bloggers.

• Viral Trends & Analytics: Identify emerging social media trends, execute real-time viral strategies, monitor engagement metrics, and optimize growth month-over-month.

• Experience: Demonstrable track record managing and growing social media handles for established brands or high-growth tech products (portfolio or handles required).

• Copywriting & Design Eye: Sharp copywriting skills with proven ability to draft viral threads/posts, plus basic graphic tools proficiency (e.g., Canva, Figma) to direct visual creators.

• Work Ethic: Highly disciplined, self-starter mindset capable of operating smoothly in a remote work model and collaborating with global teams.
