About this role
Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation (EGPAF)—a global leader in pediatric HIV/AIDS prevention, advocacy, and treatment—is recruiting a Procurement, Logistics, & Administrative Officer for its country office in Abuja (FCT). Reporting directly to the Country Manager with a matrix (dotted-line) report to the Regional Procurement & Logistics Manager, this operational role manages end-to-end NGO procurement, fleet/inventory logistics, office administration, and audit readiness for EGPAF Nigeria and the Project Operations Support Team (POST).
Key Responsibilities-
Procurement Management: Coordinate full-cycle procurement (RFQs, RFPs, bid matrix evaluations, contract negotiations, and purchase orders) following donor and EGPAF regulations; maintain audit-ready SharePoint documentation and manage vendor pre-qualifications.

Logistics & Inventory Control: Oversee the asset management system, perform inventory tracking/tagging, manage fleet operations and locum drivers, track vehicle fuel usage, and execute donor asset disposal plans.

Administrative Operations: Organize event logistics (workshops, trainings, hotel bookings, flight tickets, catering), supervise the Office Assistant, and maintain stakeholder contact directories.

Compliance & Audit Readiness: Serve as the primary focal point for internal and external procurement/logistics audits, ensuring strict compliance with donor rules and Nigerian legal frameworks.

Education: University Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience managing procurement, logistics, and administration—preferably within international NGOs or donor-funded health programs.

Technical Proficiency: Strong mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience utilizing digital inventory, procurement, and fleet management tools.

Core Competencies: Strong knowledge of donor procurement rules, vendor negotiation, problem-solving, high integrity, and solution-oriented decision-making.

Preferred / Bonus Qualifications: Professional certification in Supply Chain or Procurement (e.g., CIPS).
