Van Sales Representative

Daily Need Distributors Limited—a leading FMCG distribution company with over 27 years of operations across North-Central Nigeria—is recruiting Van Sales Representatives (3 openings) for its field distribution teams. This full-time position involves daily van-based product distribution, direct over-the-counter sales to retail outlets, cash handling/remittance, and route coverage across designated territories in Abuja and Niger State.

• Product Distribution & Direct Sales: Drive assigned sales vans to supply products directly to retail outlets, shops, and kiosks in a timely manner; participate in daily sales generation.

• Market Penetration: Work with the Van Sales Supervisor and Sales Manager to identify new retail routes and optimize territory coverage.

• Cash Remittance & Reconciliation: Collect payments for delivered goods and coordinate daily cash reconciliation with the branch accountant.

• Vehicle & Inventory Management: Maintain basic vehicle care, ensure safe handling of goods in transit, and keep precise records of daily inventory loads and returns.

• Education: Minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND). Must be able to read and write fluently.

• Experience: 0 to 1 year of experience in sales or direct route distribution.

• Driving Credentials: Must possess a valid Driver's License (Learner’s Permit is strictly not accepted) and demonstrate hands-on experience driving manual transmission vehicles.

• Route Familiarity: Strong knowledge of local routes and retail markets in the chosen location (Mabushi, Nyanya, or Suleja).

• Personal Attributes: Mature, responsible, trustworthy, and possess strong communication skills. (Note: Posting indicates a preference for male candidates due to manual vehicle loading and field demands).
