NYSC Corper (Architecture / Civil Engineering / Building Tech)

Cynosure Realty Limited—a premium real estate development, property management, and construction firm—is recruiting a NYSC Corper (Architecture / Civil Engineering / Building Tech) to join its team in Abuja (FCT). This part-time NYSC role (working 3 days a week) offers practical exposure to real estate development, structural project supervision, site inspections, and design documentation.

• Work Schedule: 3 times a week

• Site Supervision & Inspections: Support the project team during site visits, monitor structural work progress, and record field observation updates.

• Design & Planning Support: Assist with CAD drawings, technical documentation, design revisions, and layout planning.

• Project Coordination: Help track construction timelines, coordinate material/labor logistics on-site, and compile progress reports for senior management.

• Technical & Admin Assistance: Perform assigned drafting, documentation, and office administrative tasks related to ongoing property developments.

• NYSC Status: Must be a serving NYSC Corp Member (preferably newly posted from NYSC orientation camp or within 2–3 months of service).

• Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree or HND in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Building Technology.

• Location Restriction: Must reside in Wuye or immediate surrounding areas in Abuja (e.g., Utako, Jabi, Mabushi, Games Village).

• Technical & Soft Skills: Basic proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar), general understanding of building construction processes, strong attention to detail, and a proactive willingness to learn.
