Real Estate Sales Executive

Cynosure Realty Limited, a real estate development, property management, and investment advisory firm operating in Nigeria, is recruiting an Experienced Real Estate Sales Executive. Based in Wuye, Abuja, this full-time role focuses on engaging High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and corporate clients, conducting property tours, closing high-value deals, and driving luxury property sales across the Abuja real estate market.

• HNI Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Identify, prospect, and build relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and corporate investors to develop a steady pipeline of luxury property buyers.

• Property Inspections & Consultations: Lead physical and virtual property tours, articulate investment returns (ROI) and project value propositions, and provide market advisory to prospective clients.

• Deal Negotiation & Closing: Structurally negotiate sales prices and payment terms to achieve closing rates that align with corporate revenue goals.

• Digital Lead Generation: Use professional networking platforms, social media, and digital channels to showcase listings, drive inbound leads, and build brand awareness.

• Market Intelligence & Reporting: Track Abuja property valuations and market shifts, providing weekly pipeline performance and client feedback reports to management.

• Education: Tertiary degree (B.Sc., HND, or equivalent) in any field.

• Market Expertise: Practical knowledge of Abuja geography, neighborhood dynamics, and luxury real estate valuations.

• Core Skills: Persuasive communication, negotiation, lead hunting, pipeline management, and digital literacy.

• Work Ethic: Strong self-discipline, results-driven mindset, and ability to hunt for deals independently without constant oversight.
