Digital Marketing Specialist

Ragnarok Property Development Limited, a premium real estate development company, is recruiting a full-time Digital Marketing Specialist. Based at the corporate office in Igbo-Efon, Lekki, Lagos, this role focuses on scaling the company’s digital footprint, building brand equity, and driving high-intent inbound lead generation channels for luxury property portfolios.

The Digital Marketing Specialist will execute multi-channel digital campaigns, manage the brand's social media presence, and direct performance marketing campaigns (SEO/PPC). This position requires a blend of creative production—including videography and content creation—and analytical data tracking to optimize client acquisition funnels.

• Multi-Channel Campaign Execution: Plan, deploy, and evaluate performance-driven digital marketing campaigns optimized for premium real estate lead generation.

• Social Media Management: Manage, curate, and scale the brand's presence across core digital channels including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and YouTube.

• SEO & PPC Management: Design and implement search engine optimization (SEO) techniques and pay-per-click (PPC) ad strategies to drive targeted organic and paid web traffic.

• Multimedia Production: Script, shoot, and edit high-quality marketing videos, graphics, and written copy tailored for property showcase walkthroughs and virtual tours.

• Web & Listing Optimization: Oversee, update, and manage the company’s corporate website, landing pages, and external digital property listings.

• Analytics Reporting: Monitor web and platform analytics daily, track end-to-end campaign ROI, and deliver monthly data-driven insight reports to management.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience Baseline: Minimum of five (5) years of proven experience in digital marketing, social media orchestration, and branding—with a strong preference for candidates from the real estate sector.

• Technical Mastery: Demonstrated track record in high-engagement content creation, videography, and brand identity enforcement.

• Design Tools: Practical graphic design skills utilizing Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or CorelDraw are considered an added advantage.

• Geographical Constraint: Candidates must reside within the Lekki–Ajah axis for proximity to the Igbo-Efon office.

• Core Traits: Creative, trendy, data-driven, detail-oriented, and highly expressive with excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
