Finance Manager
About this role
Flinx Group, a diversified conglomerate comprising Flinx Realty, PeakTower Properties, and Lantan Technology—is recruiting a full-time Finance Manager. Based in Lagos, Nigeria, this supervisory role is responsible for accurate IFRS financial reporting, financial modeling, capital structuring, tax compliance, and budget planning across all group entities.
Key Responsibilities-
Financial Reporting & IFRS: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements compliant with International Financial Reporting Standards.

Financial Modeling & Planning: Build projections, financial models, and forecasts to inform investment, capital structuring, and fundraising strategies.

Budgeting & Cash Flow Control: Drive annual budgeting, perform variance analyses, and oversee Group cash flow and working capital controls.

Compliance & Tax Management: Ensure adherence to Nigerian tax regulations, manage statutory filings, and coordinate external audit processes.

Team Leadership & Automation: Supervise and mentor finance team members while optimizing internal controls and finance automation workflows.

Certification (Mandatory): ICAN (Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria) or ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants).

Degree: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

Years of Experience: 5 to 8 years of progressive finance experience, including time in a supervisory or managerial role.

Industry Experience (Advantage): Prior experience in real estate, property management, technology, or multi-entity Group setups.

In-depth knowledge of IFRS standards and Nigerian tax statutory laws.

Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP software (e.g., SAP, Sage, Oracle) is an advantage.
