Sales Representative
About this role
BerryMart Integrated Services Limited—an award-winning distributor of fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) and confectioneries established in 2010—is recruiting Sales Representatives for its sales operations in Lagos Mainland. This full-time field sales role focuses on managing distributor and retail accounts, driving sales revenue, expanding product distribution across key retail outlets, ensuring shelf visibility, and providing market intelligence within assigned mainland territories.

Monthly Salary: ₦120,000 – ₦150,000 per month (+ performance incentives)

Account Management & Sales Growth: Manage assigned retail and wholesale accounts across Lagos Mainland; achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Distribution & Merchandising: Expand numeric distribution, onboard new retail partners, ensure optimal product availability, and maintain effective point-of-sale visibility.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with key distributors, wholesalers, and retail store operators.

Market Intelligence & Reporting: Monitor competitor pricing, trade promotions, and market trends; compile and submit routine field sales reports to management.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on sales, account management, or business development experience within the FMCG industry.

Territory Knowledge: Must be thoroughly familiar with routes, markets, and retail trade structures across Lagos Mainland.

Core Competencies: Target-driven, strong negotiation and communication skills, relationship building, and basic sales reporting abilities.
