The Impeccable Skills Company is recruiting on behalf of a leading Nigerian technology and business solutions company delivering innovative products and services across multiple industries.
About the Role The Human Resources Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership to build, scale, and manage a modern HR function. The role focuses on developing HR governance, driving talent acquisition, managing performance and total rewards, strengthening employee culture, and providing data-driven workforce analytics.
Key Responsibilities

HR Strategy, Governance & Compliance: Establish HR governance frameworks, conduct organizational assessments, enforce Nigerian labor law compliance, and maintain employee records and structures.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Lead end-to-end recruitment, partner with hiring managers to attract top talent, and continuously optimize onboarding processes.

Performance & Learning Management: Oversee performance evaluation frameworks, manage goal setting, probation reviews, and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs), while coordinating learning and leadership development programs.

Employee Relations & Engagement: Direct employee engagement initiatives, handle conflict resolution, manage grievances and disciplinary investigations, and partner with executive leadership on change management.

Compensation, Operations & Reporting: Oversee payroll and statutory benefits administration (HMO, pension, leave), perform salary benchmarking, maintain HRIS data, and present executive dashboards tracking key HR metrics.
Requirements Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, Law, or a related field. 8–12 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role with a track record of building or improving HR systems. Strong expertise in Nigerian labor laws, employee relations, performance management, workforce analytics, and Microsoft 365.
Preferred Qualifications Postgraduate qualification and professional certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, CIPD, or equivalent).
