Practice & Quality Assurance Coordinator

EHA Clinics—a technology-enabled healthcare network and subsidiary of eHealth Africa—is recruiting a Practice & Quality Assurance Coordinator for its REACH community health program in Tofa, Kano State. This medical management role requires a licensed physician to oversee clinical quality assurance, direct daily clinic operations, manage medical support staff, monitor KPIs/OKRs, and conduct direct and remote patient consultations under the REACH project initiative.

• Clinical Quality & Policy Adherence: Develop and enforce clinical policies, evaluate patient care and documentation quality, and monitor medical KPIs/OKRs to maintain healthcare standards.

• Clinic Operations & Team Supervision: Manage daily administrative and clinical workflows, oversee staff scheduling, delegate duties, and conduct performance reviews for clinical support personnel.

• Direct & Remote Clinical Care: Conduct face-to-face medical consultations at the clinic and provide remote clinical guidance to healthcare workers in the field.

• Program Support & Stakeholder Engagement: Assist the REACH Program Manager in hitting organizational goals, lead clinical staff meetings, manage patient complaints diplomatically, and offer clinical input for business development projects.

• Education: Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBSS / MbChB) or Doctor of Medicine (MD / DO) from a recognized university.

• Licensure: Up-to-date registration and practicing license with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN).

• Experience: Completion of mandatory internship plus a minimum of 2 years post-NYSC clinical/administrative experience.

• Certifications: Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.

• Core Competencies: Clinical leadership, medical audit & QA skills, proficiency with medical documentation/data, team management, and problem-solving abilities.
