About this role
Brilliance Homecare Limited—a premium home-support company delivering UK-standard elderly care, caregiver deployment, and mobility support services across Nigeria—is recruiting Homecare Field Representatives for nationwide operations. This field marketing and community engagement role involves conducting healthcare outreach, visiting families, hospitals, and churches, generating leads, and converting prospective clients to homecare support plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Community Outreach & Lead Generation: Visit families, places of worship, hospitals, and local community organizations to introduce UK-standard home-support and caregiver services.
- Client Conversion & Onboarding: Engage families with elderly dependents, manage client lead pipelines, explain service packages, and guide clients through onboarding.
- Field Reporting & Brand Representation: Distribute marketing collateral, represent the firm professionally, and submit daily activity reports to supervisors via mobile platforms.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Work Experience: 1–3 years in direct field sales, marketing outreach, customer service, or community relations (healthcare outreach exposure is an added advantage).
- Equipment & Availability: Must reside within Nigeria, be comfortable with field travel, and possess a functional smartphone for daily digital reporting.
- Core Competencies: Strong interpersonal communication, active listening, consultative selling, lead follow-up, and field organization.
