About this role
EHA Clinics—a technology-enabled healthcare network and subsidiary of eHealth Africa—is recruiting a Practice & Quality Assurance Coordinator (REACH) for its facility in Kuje, Abuja (FCT). This clinical leadership role requires a licensed physician to oversee day-to-day administrative and clinical operations, enforce quality assurance standards, manage clinic support staff, monitor medical KPIs/OKRs, and provide direct/remote medical consultations under the REACH community health program.

Remuneration: ₦490,000 monthly gross

Clinical Operations & Quality Control: Oversee daily clinic workflows, evaluate the quality and documentation of patient care, develop medical policies/procedures, and track clinical KPIs and OKRs.

Staff Supervision & Onboarding: Organize shift schedules, assign tasks to clinical team members, conduct performance reviews, supervise support staff, and lead onboarding for new employees.

Patient Consultations: Conduct face-to-face medical consultations at the Kuje clinic and offer remote clinical support to field health workers as needed.

Management & Stakeholder Engagement: Present clinical data and reports to the management team, resolve patient or operational complaints, hold routine staff meetings, and contribute clinical insights for service expansion.

Education: Degree in Medicine (MBBS, MbChB, MD, DO) from a recognized university adhering to Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN) guidelines.

Licensure: Up-to-date registration and practicing license with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN).

Experience: Completion of compulsory housemanship/internship plus a minimum of 2 years post-NYSC clinical and administrative experience.

Certifications: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.

Core Competencies: Medical audit and quality assurance, team leadership, conflict resolution, proficiency with health data/EMR systems, and strategic planning.
