About this role
Greenpeg Nigeria Limited—a major industrial distribution and technical service provider servicing the Oil & Gas, Food & Beverage, Manufacturing, and Mining sectors—is recruiting a Global Project Manager for its corporate headquarters in Ikeja, Lagos State. This senior project leadership position involves managing multi-region, multidisciplinary engineering and EPC projects, driving project profitability, maintaining international safety and quality compliance, and directing cross-functional technical teams.
Key Responsibilities-
Project Delivery & Strategy: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of international engineering and distribution projects—developing execution strategies, schedules, resource allocations, and financial forecasts.

Risk & Change Management: Track project timelines, manage contract change requests, identify execution risks early, and implement mitigation plans to safeguard project margins.

Multidisciplinary Coordination: Direct cross-functional engineering teams, contractors, suppliers, and client stakeholders across multiple international regions.

Quality & HSE Compliance: Enforce project compliance with contract specifications, safety regulations, international engineering standards, and quality assurance benchmarks.

Executive Reporting & KPIs: Monitor project profit margins, maintain cost controls, review Primavera P6/MS Project baselines, and present progress reports to executive leadership.

Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 6+ years of proven project management experience within engineering, EPC, industrial manufacturing, or heavy construction environments managing large-scale or multi-region projects.

Technical Mastery: Proficiency with project planning tools like Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and ERP systems; strong knowledge of PMI/PMBOK or PRINCE2 frameworks.

Commercial & Legal Skills: Solid understanding of international contract management, budgeting, procurement pipelines, and commercial negotiation.

Core Competencies: Strategic leadership, ability to lead multicultural technical teams, cross-functional communication, and problem-solving skills.
