About this role
M-P Infrastructure (MPI)—a leading infrastructure development and asset management company operating across Africa—is recruiting a Project Manager on a contract basis for civil and structural infrastructure projects in Lagos State. This senior project execution role oversees turnkey site construction, telecom tower/civil works, subcontractor coordination, BOQ variation management, client interfacing, and technical closeout/handover protocols.
Key Responsibilities-
Project Execution & Site Management: Oversee site preparation, technical site surveys (TSS), foundation works, tower erection, earthing, retaining walls, and civil installation to ensure SOW readiness.

BOQ & Commercial Management: Track material quantities, calculate variation orders, manage bill of quantities (BOQ) reconciliations with procurement, and control budget variance.

Client & Stakeholder Relations: Serve as primary client contact, lead regulatory/community engagements, and deliver weekly progress dashboards and project review reports.

HSE, QA/QC & Site Handover: Maintain health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards, assemble as-built drawings and test documentation, and secure formal client sign-off.

Experience Level: 10+ years in civil and telecom site delivery, structural foundation execution, and project leadership.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Project, MS Excel, AutoCAD drawing interpretation, and BOQ cost engineering.
