Operations Manager

Dewatering Construction ETC Limited—a specialized civil engineering and wellpoint dewatering services contractor—is recruiting an Operations Manager to oversee site deployment and operational execution across its active project sites in Lagos State and regional project hubs. This senior management position is responsible for directing site logistics, coordinating technical teams, managing project timelines, supervising equipment deployment, and ensuring operational alignment between client specifications and site execution.

• Operational Oversight & Resource Allocation: Direct daily field operations across multiple dewatering sites; allocate technical personnel, heavy machinery, and wellpoint pumping systems efficiently.

• Project Execution & Workflow Management: Liaise with project engineers, site supervisors, and clients to ensure project milestones, site health & safety (HSE) standards, and delivery deadlines are strictly met.

• Logistics & Fleet Coordination: Oversee the movement of equipment, maintenance teams, and field crew (including drivers and site staff) from the Yaba central base to various site locations.

• Process Improvement & Compliance: Enforce quality standards, optimize operational costs, resolve site challenges, and report performance metrics directly to executive leadership.

• Domain Experience: Demonstrable track record in operations management, preferably within the civil construction, infrastructure, or specialized engineering services sectors.

• Leadership Capabilities: Strong people management skills, capacity to direct multi-disciplinary site teams under high-pressure conditions, and strategic problem-solving skills.

• Logistics & Planning: Proven ability to manage complex logistics, equipment maintenance schedules, and multi-site workflows simultaneously.
