Marketing & Growth Officer

MyLagosApp / MyCityApp—an integrated digital platform combining urban transportation, government services, tourism, and business payments—is recruiting Marketing & Growth Officers to expand its ecosystem across 12 key states in Nigeria. This field-driven growth role focuses on local business onboarding, merchant acquisition, user download campaigns, revenue target execution, on-ground promotional activations, and regional partnership development.

• Locations: Anambra, Cross River, Delta, Ebonyi, Edo, Ekiti, Enugu, Ibadan (Oyo), Imo, Kaduna, Kano & Rivers

• Residency Requirement: Candidates must reside in their assigned application state (Priority given to residents of Imo, Anambra, Edo, or Delta State).

• Merchant & Partner Onboarding: Identify, pitch, sign up, and manage local businesses, venues, restaurants, and strategic partners to expand the app's local vendor directory.

• User Acquisition & Revenue: Drive app downloads, active user retention, customer engagement, and hit assigned regional revenue generation targets.

• On-Ground Activations: Plan, set up, and execute regional promotional campaigns, roadshows, community events, and activation drives.

• Localized Marketing & Content: Create localized promotional strategies, represent the brand at local networking events, and gather competitor/market intelligence within your state.

• Performance Reporting: Track conversion rates, merchant onboardings, active app usage, and submit routine activity and revenue performance reports.

• Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven experience in marketing, business development, direct sales, partnership development, or customer acquisition.

• Industry Preference: Background in tech startups, fintech, e-commerce, telecommunications, or digital platforms is an added advantage.

• Local Knowledge: Deep understanding of the commercial/business landscape and consumer dynamics in the preferred state.

• Core Competencies: Results-driven mindset, strong negotiation skills, self-motivation, event execution capability, and excellent communication skills.
