• Pay: N400,000 – N450,000 per month

Job Description

• Direct financial management, daily bookkeeping, invoicing, and account reconciliations for manufacturing, academy, and retail operations.

• Oversee budgeting, cash flow forecasting, financial reporting, and statutory tax compliance (VAT, PAYE, WHT).

• Manage inventory costing, vendor payables, receivables, internal financial controls, and strategic decision-making support.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day bookkeeping, invoicing, bank reconciliations, and financial documentation.

• Prepare monthly financial statements, operational budgets, and cash flow reports.

• Track accounts payable, accounts receivable, and vendor payments.

• Ensure regulatory tax compliance (VAT, PAYE, WHT) and manage relations with tax authorities.

• Support inventory and cost accounting for production, sales, and manufacturing units.

• Implement internal accounting controls and deliver financial analysis to support growth.

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum 4–6 years of relevant accounting and financial management experience.

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Zoho Books) and advanced Microsoft Excel.

• Strong analytical capabilities, integrity, attention to detail, and ability to meet strict reporting deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications & Attributes

• Professional accounting certification (ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent).

• Prior financial management experience in retail, manufacturing, or FMCG environments.
