Job Description
-
Serve as the main interface between the consulting firm and assigned corporate clients to manage outsourced HR operations, talent acquisition, and workforce development.

Conduct training needs assessments, organize learning interventions, and guide client line managers on performance reviews, appraisals, coaching, and employee relations.

Perform site visits to assess client HR needs, oversee documentation, manage grievance processes, and track client account invoicing and reimbursements.
Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment, competency forecasting, and workforce planning for assigned client accounts.

Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA), develop learning curriculums, and evaluate training impact with department heads.

Provide professional advisory support to client line managers regarding appraisals, employee relations, discipline, and coaching.

Conduct site visits to client locations to assess HR challenges, workplace morale, and operational compliance.

Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual HR analytics, performance metrics, and activity reports.

Drive employee engagement programs and track client account reimbursements and payments.
Requirements
-
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

Minimum 5 years of HR experience (with at least 3 years in an HR generalist capacity).

Strong working knowledge of labor laws, industrial relations, HR policies, and HR data analytics.

Excellent interpersonal, analytical, people management, and oral/written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications & Attributes

Advanced degree or recognized professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI).

Strong business acumen, client management skills, and resilience in a fast-paced consulting environment.
