Job Description

• Participate in an 8-week intensive credit training program covering loan underwriting, financial statement analysis, KYC verification, and risk management.

• Evaluate borrower eligibility, conduct financial assessments, and prepare objective credit appraisals for approval.

• Manage post-disbursement account monitoring, loan documentation, customer communications, and repayment tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process loan applications to ensure completeness and eligibility.

• Analyze applicant income, expenses, cash flows, and overall repayment capacity.

• Perform KYC due diligence and flag potential risks or documentation inconsistencies.

• Prepare accurate and objective credit appraisal reports and recommendations.

• Maintain complete credit files, oversee loan disbursement controls, and monitor assigned accounts for due or overdue obligations.

• Maintain professional customer relationships and assist with recovery support.

Requirements

• Minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2) degree in any discipline.

• Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.

• Maximum age of 26 years.

• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).

• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organization skills.
