Video Editing Intern

Hay Property Development Limited—the real estate firm operating along the Lekki-Epe corridor—is recruiting a Video Editing Intern for its marketing team in Ajayi Apata, Sangotedo, Lagos State. Targeted at SIWES industrial attachment students, serving NYSC corps members, and entry-level graduates, this creative role provides hands-on experience in producing promotional videos, site inspection reels, social media visual assets, and digital marketing footage under executive mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

• Video Content Production: Edit promotional property videos, land inspection tours, short-form reels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts), and client testimonial clips.

• Creative Post-Production: Assemble raw video footage, perform audio cleanup, apply colour grading, insert subtitles/captions, and integrate graphics or animations.

• Brand & Marketing Alignment: Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create visually engaging campaigns highlighting land and estate developments along the Lekki-Epe corridor.

• Portfolio Building: Work with creative tools to produce content for live digital marketing campaigns while receiving structured guidance to build a professional portfolio.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Eligible Applicants: Students seeking SIWES Industrial Attachment, active NYSC Corps Members seeking Primary Place of Assignment (PPA), or recent graduates seeking practical media/creative exposure.

• Technical & Soft Skills: Basic proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro), storytelling creativity, attention to visual detail, and enthusiasm for real estate digital marketing.
