NYSC – Interior Architectural Supervisor

Suacasa Nigeria Limited—a luxury property developer specializing in high-end residential refurbishments—is recruiting a Corps Member (NYSC - Interior Architectural Supervisor) for its luxury residential developments in Ikoyi, Lagos State. Reporting directly to the Assistant Project Manager, this site-based NYSC role provides hands-on supervision of luxury interior finishes (joinery, cabinetry, wall treatments, flooring, ceiling installations, lighting layout) and verifies contractor compliance against design drawings.

• Interior Works Supervision: Inspect daily site installations across joinery, cabinetry, tiling, sanitary fittings, false ceilings, lighting layout, and high-end paint finishes.

• Drawing Compliance & Setting-Out: Verify site execution against working architectural/interior drawings, identify discrepancies, and confirm site measurements.

• Defect & Snag Management: Document finishing flaws, poor artisan workmanship, or non-compliant materials, compile snag lists, and follow up with contractors for rectification.

• Material Audit & Site Reporting: Monitor finishing material delivery, prevent wastage, maintain site logs, compile progress photos, and report to the Assistant Project Manager.

• Academic & NYSC Status: B.Sc./B.Tech./HND in Architecture, Interior Design, or Building Technology with an active NYSC Call-Up Letter/posting in Lagos State.

• CAD & Software Stack: Basic ability to read 2D/3D working drawings; familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, MS Excel, and MS Word.

• Core Competencies: Keen eye for finishing detail, contractor management, problem-solving, physical stamina for site work, and eagerness to learn luxury development standards.
