These early-career PPA positions offer structured professional development, hands-on corporate exposure, health coverage, and professional examination support pathways (ICAN).

Available Openings & Compensation

• Finance & Accounting Executive: ₦100,000 monthly + Structured financial/study support toward ICAN professional certification.

• Sales Executive: ₦80,000 monthly + Performance-based sales incentives (up to ₦200,000).

• Additional Benefits (All Roles): Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) medical insurance coverage.

Key Responsibilities

• Finance & Accounting Executive: Assist with basic book-keeping, financial record entries, expense logging, invoice processing, and financial reporting under senior finance leadership.

• Sales Executive: Drive client prospecting, product/service promotion across FMCG or financial lines, generate customer leads, hit monthly sales quotas, and manage client relations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• NYSC Status: Must be a current, active serving NYSC corp member looking for a Primary Place of Assignment (PPA).

• Academic Background: B.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, or related disciplines.

• Core Traits: Strong communication, goal orientation, willingness to learn, basic spreadsheet literacy, and career ambition.
