About this role
Telamo Properties—a technology-driven real estate and residential property management firm—is recruiting a Content Creator to lead visual marketing for its housing portfolio in Lagos State. Reporting to the Brand & Marketing Lead, this role produces property walkthrough tours, architectural promotional reels, and social media media content to drive tenant acquisition and listing engagement across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities

Property Videography & Field Production: Plan, light, and shoot high-fidelity video walkthroughs, home tours, and architectural highlights across residential properties in Lagos.

Video Editing & Post-Production: Edit raw footage into engaging short-form social content (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) and long-form virtual tours; incorporate trending audio, smooth transitions, color grading, and textual overlays.

Brand Marketing & Engagement: Partner with marketing teams to craft promotional video campaigns designed to convert prospective renters into verified applicants.

Portfolio Mandate: A reel or link to past video work demonstrating camera work, framing, lighting, and editing capability.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, phone gimbals, mobile/desktop editing software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro), and sound capturing.

Core Competencies: Visual storytelling, spatial composition, speed in post-production editing, and creative direction.
