B2B Online Sales / Business Development Executive

Blue Wave New Energy Technology Nigeria Company Limited—a solar and energy storage solutions manufacturer with R&D operations in Jiangxi, China, and headquarters in Lagos—is recruiting a B2B Online Sales / Business Development Executive for its team in Ikeja, Lagos.

This remote-hybrid business development role focuses on direct B2B customer acquisition (installers, EPCs, commercial clients), third-party sales agent recruitment, and lead generation/CRM management for field sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct B2B Customer Acquisition: Prospect, qualify, and pitch solar installers, electrical contractors, EPC firms, hotels, and commercial accounts via digital tools, phone outreach, and WhatsApp Business.

• Sales Agent Recruitment: Source, onboard, and activate independent sales agents and solar installation partners; register agents in CRM and manage commission policies to build a recurring sales network.

• Lead Generation & Field Sales Assignment: Identify qualified B2B leads, log prospect data in CRM, route hot leads to field sales teams, and track quotation progress through deal closure.

• CRM & Pipeline Tracking: Maintain detailed customer databases using Microsoft Excel and CRM platforms to monitor lead-to-sale conversion rates.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Academic Background: Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Technical & Platform Skills: Mastery of digital prospecting tools (Google Maps, LinkedIn, Facebook), CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and WhatsApp Business communication.

• Preferred Background: Prior exposure to clean energy, solar arrays, lithium battery storage, or electrical distribution networks (existing installer/dealer contacts are a strong advantage).

• Core Competencies: Proactive outbound communication, lead qualification, agent network development, pipeline management, and target execution.
