Retail Supervisor

Bboxx Energy Access Nigeria Limited—a clean energy and off-grid utility company offering pay-as-you-go (PAYG) solar systems and modern utility services—is recruiting a Retail Supervisor for its retail outlet in Ikorodu, Lagos State.

This operational and commercial leadership position oversees shop management, sales agent recruitment, inventory reconciliation, customer experience, and regional sales activation for off-grid clean energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Retail Operations & Agent Recruitment: Oversee day-to-day shop activities and actively recruit, train, and manage field sales agents to expand solar system distribution across the region.

• Sales Targets & Performance Monitoring: Lead outlet staff to achieve acquisition targets, track key performance indicators (sales, system activations, customer retention), and support local community marketing.

• Inventory Control & Merchandising: Maintain stock accuracy, conduct regular stock reconciliations, oversee showroom product displays, and prevent inventory shrinkage.

• Customer Relationship Management & Reporting: Ensure prompt customer issue resolution, maintain service standards, and prepare periodic operational, inventory, and revenue reports.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Academic Background: Bachelor's Degree or HND in any business, social science, or related discipline.

• Work Experience: 2–4 years of demonstrated experience in retail management, sales supervision, or field customer service.

• Domain Advantage: Prior exposure to PAYG solar, renewable energy, telecommunications, FMCG, or consumer electronics sectors.

• Core Competencies: Team leadership, agent recruitment, inventory management, CRM performance tracking, and sales execution.
